I'm an IMG, working for 8y in hemotology. step1 250, step 2 229, CS pass at 1st attemption. research experience with a couple of publications. Feel uneasy about match.

I think you have done what you can for now, the longer you wait the more you need to provide to cover time away from clinical practice. I would suggest you apply for match, there are old IMG with scores lower than what you have
and more red flags that have matched. GO FOR IT
