Application of ERAS is Residency and internship a -

I was thinking that for us Indian student will our internship be considered as Residency.

I was filling my application on MYERAS there on page 5 they ask Previous Residency.
I have one year of work experience after doing my internship in India, what should I write there.
Should I write my internship experience as Previous Residency or Leave it blank?

Also is internship considered rotation or residency?

the internship that we do is the rotational internship only. if you done PG is some hospital then that would be the residency.. even if it is incomplete you can mention how long you did it for. it improves your chances. if you have worked in a hospital after graduation then that will be your work experience. hope this helps
