I am a 4th year US med school student and is going to match for pathology. I have straignt As for the first two year of med school and 235 on Step I. However, my 3rd year grades are not that great (one honor, three Bs and two Cs). I heard different things from different people. Does anybody know if third year grades weigh heavily by Path PD or first two year grades are important also?
