I passed step1 and 2 ,got85 on both,waiting for CSA. My husband has already applied for GCand it passed first step, but I'll have employment permition in August-September 2004.
I don't know is it better to apply for J1 visa this year ,or it is better to wait for GC. There is no 100%garanty that he'll get GC. And I'll loose one year. On the other hand J1 visa is like a slavery and all my family will loose GC.What do you think?
