Where did you train??
Certain programs don't require US experience if you trianed in specific countries like, U.K. Ireland, South Africa, Australia

why are you acting like paranoid... there are many people with score in 70's & low 80's... IF u THINK YOU CANN'T MAKE IT TO THIS YEARS MATCH YOU WILL NEVER... so think positive.
