CS Advice - protoplasm2007

I had appeared for CS in Jan 07 in Philadelphia and failed in CIS and Interpersonal skills section and hence overall fail. Doing CS now in 2nd attempt on 27th June in Philadelphia.
What are the chances of same scenarios to be repeated since I am able to recollect 8 cases at least?

Im reachin phili on 14th night, leavin for New York C3NY CS course on 17th evening to be back on 20th evening to take my exam on 27th in phili. If u can consider practising on 15th, 16th, 17th(till afternoon), 21st, then itll b worthwhile 4 both of us.Also, if u can put ut friends and associates thru me if our time table matches, then itll b g8.
