Isbn FOR pathology -

Hi guys please if you can help .
I need to buy new edition of brs pathology and i found 2 kind og it on amazon .com
1-one is about 450 pages the price is around 32 bucks the isbn number is 0781743176
2-the second is BRS patho too .! but it is around 750 pages and the price around 57 bucks the isbn 0-68330265-5 as i understood it has flash cards in it
which one i should go for?

those books look like they are the same but one has 450pages and the other has more than 700 pages?
