I have studied in Carribean medical school, don't have US clinical experience at all ..Do I need observership/externship in Anesthesiology, radiology. Please let me know because I have very short time to make it up..Thanks..

you need to do about many externships dear...u need to have hand on experience in usa even u have got some in ur grad country too
