In fact, alendronate(at hip and lumbar spine) , calcitonin(lumbar spine) and teraparatide all increase BMD but in comparison TERAPARATIDE (lumbar spine) is most effective than others.....As I think teraparatide only causes bone formation rather than others which are bone resorption inhibitors...

Just wondering, Why not alendronate, as it improves t score when used in osteoporosis in conjunction with ca and vit D?
