regarding your first one
lft hemiparesis..............i asked about the onset,the progress,and pamhugfoss and rest of the things
but i did not get enough time to examine the whole cns system

and regarding the 16 yr boy,he did give me history of multiple partners,but said negative for stds,so i did not ask for hiv

i request other people who gave the cs in chicago to post their cases

i am staying herewith my relatives for the time being
