Ibuprofen can be given to relieve the pain for the time being. and then depending upon the results of xray,usg,ct as u said.

diaagree with skletal survey ... done in child abuse...adults can give good history

you can improve it more... still alot of room...

chlamydia/gono cxs!........if there is a rape scenario.....

report to dcfs or aps depending on age of victim...not sure if software has this.
get rpr/hiv/hep screen in case of sexual abuse.
skeletal screen only in kids

that will advance the clock to 5 mins and also counsel patient to contact the ss..
