i mean aside from ccs on the mcqs what is the real main diff

CK mostly asks about diagnostic related Qs and on the other hand step 3 asks about mostly management related Qs

i got a uworld subscription and i was doing qs with 60 per cent no studying....something tells me uworld isnt enough for step 3 like for step 2

well UW is still the best mcqs out there for step 3 so i think you are simply doing good and a solid CK knowledge helps big time here.

i got a 221 on ck this past sept not an impressive score i know now ......so i was thinking what do i need to get a 230 plus on step 3.....do i have to sit down and read harrison's or memorize step up to medicien...............i dont know i think baseline knowledge matters a lot
