Recently I got my step 1 score -192

But i want to continue my journey...
graduated in 2016, IMG,
& Green card holder.

I felt, People here,are more experienced to guide me about what should I do to build up my next journey & to stay positive..
High CK score will help..

Or
Should i go to any alternatives other then USMLE !!!? if it is, then Which are the options ?!!!!

Usmle's exams are 4 exams stay positive you have a good chance. Tray to got 250 or more In step 2 .
My friend fail In step 1 before 2 years and finally matchi an EM
