Acetazolamide and Hypokalemia? Why? - koobcam

Im having trouble understanding Acetazolamide

I know it blocks Carbonic Anhydrase

Resulting in:
Increased Na Loss in urine
Increased HCO3 Loss in urine

Why is there a hypokalemia?
