step, you do not treat an asymptomatic hep c with almost normal lfts.

you are right about vaccinating chr hep c with hep a and hep b. however, this patient has just positive hcv rna , which means an active infection. we dont yet know if he'll turn chronic. so ill stick with 'do nothing' , except of course, i wont let him donate bloodSmile

bijjar i would like to know why have you been posting the UW questions when you already have the answers.What are you trying to do and get from this.New questions would be appreciated
