if we go through the anotomy of pitutory we ll find optic chasma at front , mammillary bodey back and letral ventricle superiorlly but internal carotid artry on both sides too .. to creating the pressure it have to come out from surrounding which is not possible but can press it inidrectly by pressing surroundings .just veiw the picture it ll be labelled in ur mind

I think superiorly its third ventricle not lateral ventricle...........
However,what's the answer? If you think that it can't compress ICA..........You are wrong because over the period of time macroadenomas >10cm may erode the sell and encroach over ICA! TOO MANY RADIOLOGY CASES ARE AVAILABLE ON NET............. |
