Quit being so paranoid people. There is NO way for the NBME to find out who is posting on this website unless YOU post with your real name. Besides, no one is posting actual questions here; just paraphrases or recalls in their own words. Goljan in his audio lectures years ago said "This exact question was on boards" multiple times; Goljan didn't get into any legal trouble. Folks, as IMG's we are just trying to survive so spare me the ethics lecture.

If you are so paranoid, download the tor project (https://www.torproject.org) and you can post in complete anonymity for free behind a proxy server.

I didn't scared u dude......A friend of mine told me that her friends couldn't match b/c they told the qs on the forum and USMLE caught them.....right now they r still sad....true story!!
