I think of c because the patient is on Warfarin, so he might have pericardial bleeding and tamponade symptoms. but I don't know if we see pericardial thickening there, RV dilation can make sense, but what has happened during the last 10 days to exacerbate the symptoms, and RV failure can not explain dyspnea,we usually see it in LV failue.
any idea???
