I too found out the same way as knopochka. No letter was ever sent to me since last year and oasis showed that my verification was received in 2007
they told me over the phone that they sent a request to my college but oasis showed no recent resent date and college denied receiving any letter.
but finally i made them send the transcript though they kept denying their mistake of not enclosing it earlier.
so all of you make the college send it and pay the dhl fee to make sure they did.
