sir we give asprin plus heparin . we cant give warfarin. heparin is allowed as we are allowed to drink water. we can use asprin but results are better to use with heparin. heparin alone can be used, but with asrin results will be better.

yes give LMWH with PTT kept between 1.5 to 2.5 combined with aspiprin

I read warfarin + ASA c INR 3.0-4.0 . is there any standard for the Tx
