I got the notes from a person selling his stuff on .these were in a cd along with the lectures .the notes were scanned.I had to get a printout of all which consumed a lot of time & energy But they r really worth it.I did not know about the book ,it would have been an easier option if its the same as di says.hope it helped.

notes are different from reveiw goljan they are available in star publication notes are extensive then goljan reviw itr is like a text book with lot of questions
