17. Seems like a classic case of Hypotonic incontinence. H/X of DM with complications, plus there is mention of episodic frequency. Where as in Hypertonic contractions you would see large volumes at given episodes due to the randon Detrussor contractions not many, many episodes of small amounts of urine.
