*Thiazide diuretics should be "DISCONTINUED" as they compete for secretion with uric acid.



Q-What do u have to say about "Alcohol consumption" to this pt ? and WHY ?

Alcohol competitively inhibits the secretion of Uric acid s,so it has to be discouraged
