FNA and FNAC basically means the same thing, we look for cytology by doing fine needle aspiration.. I think so!!
Let me know if there is sth more!!

we do FNA and if the cyst disappears nothing is to be done
however if the aspirate is grossly bloody then the aspirate must be sent to cytology(FNAC)
