.....normal reaction to birth is not the same as postpartum blues........
--yes if there is postpartum blues in the choice that can be the answer which has the same clinical presentation as Adjustment Disorder with depressed mood.....

--the fact that most of postapartum depression resolve without treatment doesnt make postpartum depression a normal reaction to birth...

Baby blues are considered perfectly normal reaction after birth due to changes in harmone.

Im not a specialist in psychiatry, but I know a fact that in order to diagnose a psychiatric disorder, usually the normal social functions of individual e.g., work, school, breast feeding are usually impaired.

And in First Aid, the diagnosis of adjustment disorder requires an identifiable stressor (maybe delivery in this case) + emotional symptoms (sad, cries in this case) causing impairment (seems no impaired social function in this case) for < 6 mons.
