if we take into consideration the article u posted... then it should be A... if u apply to here... in article.. A----!!----> B ... the process from A to B is inhibited...by feed back... so if we put it to the question here.. then it is should be A... 1-----A--->2-----B-->c... so here 1-->2 is by action of A.. so it might be the answer..... btw.. thanks for the ncbi post...

answer is b as far as i understood the question
becoz intermediate 2 can either form 3 with help of enz B or it can form 6 with the help of E so in order to reach intermediate 5 it should go in the pathway forming 3 nd 4 nd then 5 so enz B is responsible for regulation of intermediate 5 |
