suprapubic cystostomy is not the right ans.........
I gave this, and NBME said it was a wrong ans...... I took the exam yesterday......

i think 9 is A...due to the fact that tumor is metastatic already so chemo will take care of both local and distant problem, knowing both chemo and radio are tx options here.
