there is 1 question debated b/w endometriosis & cystic teratoma :
now if u read the question carefully, u will notice that the swelling felt on bimanual examination is painfull, so it has to be endometriosis, it cannot be tumor !!

Hi, guys, this is NOT a superficial thrombophlebitis. It is a DVT, specifically, it is calf vein thrombosis. because Physical examination reveal a palpable cord (reflecting a thrombosed vein), ipsilateral edema, warmth, and superficial venous dilation. Ther are typical findings in DVT. Please treat this lady with Heparin as soon as possible.
