thaaj, I'm notr sure which assessment test is the best. I got 561=231 on UW Assessment and 450 on NBME form #2 so I'm not sure. I don't know what it's equal to. I think the scoring has changed so 231 is roughly and 86 percent. The exam is graded differently than the other steps.

I would say the cases on the real exam are similar to the UW cases. Similar to what we see in the hospital.

The length of the questions are ok. Some are short and long. It varies.

I don't have any NBME exams.

Kaplan is ok, but World is much better. I would stick to world.

may3, there is no way to prepare for drug questions. You just have to read the article. They are not that bad, but annoying.
