The website is free. 1,700 of the step 1 flashcards are free and it's $29 for the rest.

However I didn't have to pay because I use referral. If u go to www.memorangapp.com/premium u can see instruction for how to get for free. (Basically, u share link with friends to sign up and then each friend gets u 10% discount, 10x10=100%).
