Applying for pathology. Credentials: US IMG YOG 2014. STEP 1: 261 STEP 2CK: 268 CS:pass all, first attempt. 1-month pathology observership. 4LOR, 2 From US pathologists (faculty). 1-year research experience (not in us) 7 research publications (oral presentations, posters, 1 paper). Research project won first place at a national meeting (not in us). Has anyone received interviews yet?

hbc03, congrats on your IV! I also applied to Hartford, but have not received IV.
IMG, YOG 2018, Step 1 and 2 230. CS Passed, all first attempt. 4 US LOR but none from Path. 1 mo Path observeship in US. 3 publications (1 first author). Phd from US university.

md2018123, thank you! There is still time for you to receive interviews, I applied to SUNY as well and haven't received IV as well, I think we need to wait more. You have very solid scores and you will be basically freshly out of med school. In addition, you have LORs. I think your profile is solid and the PhD from US is a plus! Good luck!

I am IMG, 2001 graduate, 207/229/196, attempts in step 3. I have 10 years of research experience at well-reputed institution. Observerships in Pathology with 3 LORs, all US. Applied 79 programs. Received one rejection from MUSC.
