thank you all, and Zbest i think its good to do nbme. i know its scary and might take ur confidence away, but do atleast offline to get an idea how they ask Qs and where you can concentrate if you dont know. I strongly recommend to do it. I know people who didnt and do great..so bottom line what do you really want to do. If you are really good in qbanks and reading, you might not need to do it..good luck
