Urinary urgency rather than incontinence may be present at early stages. Also, the patient's gait disorder may impede him from getting to the bathroom. In later stages, urinary incontinence is accompanied by a lack of concern, reflecting its probable origin in frontal lobe impairment. From UpTodate

texaast am sorry I do not know the answer.....amirh899 the options were:
bladder neck dyssynergia chronic bladder inflammation detrusor-sphincter dyssynergia failure of bladder neck closure failure to inhibit the voiding reflex would you please exclude them for me? I have problem with urinary incontinence subject thank you
