Multiple ring‐enhancing lesions in HIV positive patients are seen at advanced stages of immunosuppresion. Differential diagnosis primarily includes tuberculoma, primary CNS lymphoma and toxoplasmosis.

The questions with 79yo woman, chest pain & agitation for 4 hrs, systolic ejection murmur at the apex, ECG shows ST-elevation in anterolateral leads, CXR shows enlarged cardiac silhouette.
Either acute coronary syndrome or acute pericarditis. I chose acute pericarditis and it was wrong. |
