RECONSITTUTION DO WE NEED TO GIVE NSAID OR NOTHING AND OBSERVE ?

depends upon symptoms, if patient is on ATT for kochs , patient might develop fever when there is immune restitution ,which initiallly might not be present, that we might have to treat fever with analgesics. So treatment is symptomatic.
