i´m waking up very early, i think it´s because of the stress

Yeah, maybe becoz of stress...but then try sleepin early....dunt sit in front of the computer or tv in the nites for long even if u aint feelin sleepy coz it increases ur brain activity and fallin asleep wud becum difficult !!!!!!!!!

And remember even if u stay awake the whole nite or wake up early...its only after 9 am and uptil 6pm tat u wud get to hear from the programs...so dunt keep worrying
