some challenging questions on PE - babak

Dear friends I wish all the best in your exam I have questions about PE
1.Is it necessary to do chest exam on both sides especially when you are considering time?
2.When some body wants to drape patient at the beginning of encounter how can he do that when pt is sitting on the bed with legs hang on ? is it enough covering thighs and legs?
3.what are the indications for doing a snellen chart test?

1) yes you should do both side but just listen thm if it is not a pure resp case.
2) Wat I did was put the drape in his lap and pt always respond by sayin thank u
3) It is not needed becz u can test the vison by count finger. But you can do it in any pt with nurological comp. but just say ok now i m going to test Ur Visual power, can U read the first row and then can u read this row ( 3rdlast row)
