Specific state for step 3 before residency? - mltrmltr

Anybody please guide me if there are specific states for step 3 now a day? I know couple of years ago there are only 7 states that we img can take the exam. Don't know whether the policy can or not.

Had flipped the step 3 forum from 1st page to the last one, still no clue.
