I feel really sorry for myself as I see so many chinese got such good scores. I have very low score 78/77 both 1st attempt, 92 graduate, ECFMG certified, only 1 IV, did not match. I had some obsvership, US phd.
I really need some advice, should I keep going try again in2008, or should I just quit!!
Does take step3 help at all? I am not sure I can get over 90 though!!
super depressed, please help.

you should not give up, you have already worked very hard on this, there is no way back now, try to take step 3 and get some us experience, I personally didn't match, my score in step 1/2 are not ideal either, but we should keep trying.

Congr! I have one Q about your GC, you said last year GC was pending, so you were not able to match to a J1 program, but did you get your work permission at that time? My understand is if you have work permission, it does not matter if you actually have GC at hand, correct me if i am wrong. I am expecting working permission this year. But no GC I bet.
