ya the painful ulcers r chancroid n HSV ulcer.
the other three genital ulcers r painless........syphilis,LGV, granuloma inguinale

I knew that chancroid and HSV are only 2 painful genital ulcer, but few days ago, i foung LGV as a painful ulcer in a note !!
Then, I checked, and I found that LGV is painless BUT the lymphadenopathy associated with LGV is PAINFUL, what I am saying is, in LGV, the ulcer is painless but the inguinal lymph node presents as PAINFUL (Bubos).
