what do we do in case of the pts who has taken hepatitis B vaccine in the past and is non responsive,
do we give him HBIG alone OR HEP VACCINE ALONE OR BOTH?

If he is a Non-Respnder then we know 1st time did not work -
- So Vaccinate him again --Giving the Pt Immunoglobin will depend on if the Pt is exposed to another Pt w/ Active Hep B) or not as it it only used to provide immediate protection (vacc takes 4 weeks to take effect)
