1 what kind of ocp use in ccs softwear (low estrogen low progestron ? or other type

2 how i can sellect patient concent befor any thing like surgery or hiv test etc

3when we use abdominal xray acute series or when we use ap abdominal x ray

4what is hyper elementation and how i select it on ccs softwear

5 what we select for thyroid tsh or ultra sensitive tsh

6 wwhat is the rout of influenza and pnemovax vaccine

7if patient have phosphate or magnesium and calcium defficency what should i type on ccs

8 which docusate good for constipation docusate nodium or docusate casanthran

9what i type for anticoagulant teaching and for protien diet

10 for meningitis when stop iv medicine and when start oral

11 is there any nessecory for serum calcium stat order if i already order bmp

12 if pt on npo with nss when we start dw5 or continiu nss for couple of days on npo

13 could we shift pt to ward on cardiac annd on bo monitor

14 if pt have high phosphate level should we use ca carbonate or ca acetate

It is mentioned in the software tutorial that "Assume consent has been given for all procedures unless you receive a message on the contrary " --- So NO NEED TO TAKE CONSENT separately.
