60 yo female presented with progressive jaundice. lab-alkaline phospahatase 1600 , Hct 30 % , microcytic hypochromic morphology. CT scan of the abdomen is negative . what do u think of the Dx ?

and here you do endoscopy to take tissue for bx instead of gut instead of ct or ercp,,,
