it is affliated with AMAZON.. I ve already checked Amazon's prices...Actually it is priced a little higher .I already have its 2nd edition which is brand new . thats why i am reluctant to pay $32---$40 bucks on another (same) book already in my possession....

Cud anyone PLZ , tell me THAT HOW MUCH REALLY IS THE LATEST ED. IS DIFFERENT ?????

3rd edn is way better than 2nd edn.
moreover you will be able to use it for step 3 and during ur residency.
