Yes you can. When you read the doorway information, your time has begun for the encounter. I wrote out LIQQORAAA and PAMHUGSFOSS also so I would not forget to ask anything.

write anything after they announce that encounter has begun

write every thing very fast in less than 1 min

i did this way
1) age,sex vitals and chief comp( this will help when you are writing the PN after the encounter is done)

2) PAM HR FOSS

3) DD.
and then enter. hope this helps.
