Remember your ABCs. Hemodynamic compromise needs blood cells now. I would go with FFP.

i'll go with aa. FFP is not for sure good for the menorrhag. probably depends on the et?

high dose conj estrogen would clip the cause of bleed after you give iv fluids

agree Fluids 1st when Pt is Hymodynamically Unstable.

well I guess since we dont have much data we should stick to basics and go with fluids first.
