Remember your ABCs. Hemodynamic compromise needs blood cells now. I would go with FFP.

i'll go with aa. FFP is not for sure good for the menorrhag. probably depends on the et?

why ffp after a .
high dose conj estrogen would clip the cause of bleed after you give iv fluids

agree Fluids 1st when Pt is Hymodynamically Unstable.

well I guess since we dont have much data we should stick to basics and go with fluids first. Smile
