74 yr with Back pain.... - barg

74 Yr with HTN has has increasly sever beck pain for the past 2 month.He has MI 2 yeras ago. (+) tenderness over the T11 , T12, L1 , L2. spine X-ray: Slow osteoblastic lesion over these vertebrae.
What is Diagnosis?

1) Aortic Aneurysm
2) fibrosarcome
3) Metastatic prostatic carcinoma
4)MM
5) osteosarcoma

most common cause of lower back pain with X-ray showing osteoblastic lesions in the lumbar vertebrae in elderly male patient's is mets from CA prostate

AA does not show osteoblastic lesions on X-ray

MM shows lytic lesion in bones on X-ray
