well i am sick and tired too. i dont think scores are enough now, many 99res are also getting rejections. i feel only people getting ivs are recent graduates

frsh grad, gc holders, us citizens are all mostly those who have got ivs so far and as far as i hae explored!
gc holders and us citizens even with low scores have got ivs.

of course...my comment is not scientific...i am kidding! i havent met with all ppl to knw who had got wht!
i am just kidding!
my frnds who need visa with lower 90s have got ivs! with no us clinc or publication or us lors. of course they are fresh grad!
