I guess you can study at home with the following books and solve questions from books like BSS and NMS.Just study hard and give time to basic concepts.I amalso studying for the exam which is next month and have not joined Kaplan.I am forwarding a list of books.from a student who scored in 90's. Anatomy Highyield series. Physiology BRS Pathology BRS MIcro/immuno Jawetz genetics mol bio cell bio high yield biochem /pharma Lippincott. Hope this helps.

What I did was see the slides in first aid,see them on webpath.com,and also just hid pathology slides in the yahoo location bar and u will see so many results.I give almost an hour to the slides each morning.you will find a lot of sites which give quizzes on pathology slides.

Ummm.............I am not sure what the ideal time is but if you are an IMG give a good 5-6 month to your studying when ur satisfied then take it.I have studied for 4 months and now this is the last month for my prep.My exam is next month. |
