elevation of the scrotum is the key.
if pain get worse, it's testicular torsion.
if pain get relieved like this patient, it's epididymitis.
hydrocele doesn't accompany pain.
am i right?

ACUTE EPIDIDYMITIS ...DO AGREE WITH RELEIVE OF PAIN BY ELEVATION IS A KEY BUT ...IT SHOULD HAVE FEVER .......AND WHY SUDDEN SCROTAL SWELLING
